Seszko International Taekwon-Do is a Martial Arts School that teaches the Korean Art of Self Defense called Taekwon-Do. Which means Way of Hand and Foot.

With Children it improves concentration, self discipline and Grades!  Your child will also develope increased coordination, balance, and agility skills which will pay off in other activities.  Our program is designed to develop and strengthen your child, build character, self-confidence and self-control
